scientific chiropractic techniques which can help improve your spine’s alignment
Chiropractic BioPhysics® (CBP®)
Proven techniques, visible results
The techniques we use in our practice today are the culmination of 40 years’ worth of research, analysis and treatment of hundreds of thousands of patients worldwide.
CBP - what is it?
Chiropractic BioPhysics® (CBP®) is a Chiropractic technique originally developed by Dr Donald Harrison, PhD, DC, MSE in the 1970s. At the time, Dr Harrison used the principles of physics, mathematics and engineering to discover the optimum structure to the human spine called “the ideal spine“.
Over the last 40 years, CBP research has evolved to focus on the most efficient and effective ways of restoring spinal structure to achieve a healthy spine and posture.
These modern techniques assist patients to not only recover from pain and disability but may also help them to experience longer term benefits.

CBP – what’s different?
CBP techniques come with years of clinical research and peer-reviewed publications. The CBP research team consists of mathematicians, engineers, Medical Doctors, statisticians, Doctors of Chiropractics and other professionals from multiple fields. This team of researchers has thoroughly investigated all aspects of the CBP Technique’s spinal rehabilitation methods. As a result, it is safe to say that CBP Chiropractors use tested and proven techniques for improving your spine from top to bottom.
CBP – how does it help you?
As a CBP Chiropractor, we start with a scientifically-based examination of your posture, spinal alignment, and function – may involve x-rays as a way to pinpoint the root cause of your spinal misalignment. Once the source is identified, we will create a carefully-planned series of adjustments, exercises, and a spinal remodelling program to put you on a road to reduced pain and improved wellbeing.
